职位要求
职责描述:
1.Fully understand Company and human resources strategy, and drive for realization.
2.Build up effective HR partnership with function leaders and employees to ensure BU and key projects success through support.
3.Engagement in human resources full modules scope such as organization chart, job design, recruitment, performance management, training, C&B, ER, etc.
4.HR work cycle management including but not limited to R&R definition, recruitment, on boarding process, on-job performance evaluation, salary adjustment, off boarding process management etc.
5.Provide HR consultancy to employees or management regarding job related problems, company policies, procedures and disciplinary actions including warnings/ terminations.
任职要求:
1.5+years of HR relevant experience.
2.Independently working with minimal supervision in all HR related activities.
3.A bachelor\\\'s degree or above with majoring in BA, Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines.
