山东山推工程机械进出口有限公司为山推工程机械股份有限公司全资子公司，专门负责其产品包括铲土运输机械、混凝土机械、路面及压实机械、工程起重机械及工程机械零部件的出口业务和国外零部件的进口业务。致力于成为工程机械系列化成套解决方案和一站式设备购买的提供商。

 1986年以来，山推已经向世界各地出口两万多台重型设备, 在东南亚、中东、中亚、欧洲、非洲、南美、大洋洲等地建立了销售和服务网络，形成了完善的海外销售网络布局。自2003年海外收入呈现较快增长态势以来，山推已连续多年保持了国内推土机行业出口第一的位置， 2011年营业额超5亿美元, 其中推土机出口总量约占全国出口总数的70%。

 目前，山推进出口公司在海外主要采取代理营销模式，现已发展了60多家海外代理商或经销商，并先后成立了山推（南非）公司、山推（迪拜）公司、山推（俄罗斯）公司、山推（巴西）公司等海外分支机构，形成完善的海外营销渠道，全面推进国际化发展战略。

 As a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., the Shandong Shantui Construction Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the import of foreign parts and the export of finished Shantui products, including earth-moving machinery, concrete machinery, road roller and motor grader machinery, truck cranes, construction machinery parts and more. The company’s mission is to become a supplier of complete solutions of construction machinery and a one-stop shop for procurement of equipment.

 Since 1986, Shantui has exported more than 20,000 units of heavy-duty equipment to countries and regions around the world and has established distribution and service networks in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Middle Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, and Oceania. Ever since the rapid growth of overseas revenue began in 2003, Shantui has retained the top spot in terms of export volume in China’s bulldozer industry. The operating revenue for exports in 2011 approached approximately US$500 million, of which the export volume of bulldozers accounted for approximately 70% of China’s total export volume.

 At present, Shantui Import & Export Company is implementing a comprehensive marketing infrastructure in overseas markets. It has partnered with more than 60 overseas agencies and dealers. In addition, the Company has founded overseas branches including Shantui South Africa Company, Shantui Dubai, Shantui Russia, and Shantui Brazil to begin forming complete overseas marketing channels and comprehensively push a globalization development strategy.
